Education and Children's Activities

Younger children visiting the house can hunt for Paxton Ted hiding in the rooms and older ones can complete an activity booklet. In the grounds there is a Teddy Trail, Nature Trail, and Patrick Home's Grand Tour.

A variety of events are planned for the Summer (see special events) so come along and join in the fun.

Paxton Paxton Children's Ecology Group meets, when the house is open, on the first Saturday of the month 10.30-12.00 (except August). Children aged 8 to 12 are welcome and subs are £2.00 a session.

In the past the group has built a pond and frog home, sown wildflower seeds and this year will complete the insect garden.
